Niche York Designs is the primary host of myniche.nl. These terms outline our conflict of interest and confidentiality commitments in the relationship between MyNiche/Niche York Designs and our clients. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the most recent version will always be available on this website. The Designer may work with multiple clients within the same or similar industries. This does not constitute a conflict of interest, provided that no confidential information is shared between clients.
The Designer agrees to keep all client information, brand strategies, business details, project materials, and discussions strictly confidential.
The Designer shall not disclose, reuse, or distribute any information provided by the Client, unless:
The information is already publicly available;
The Client has provided written permission; or
The information is shared in a general or non-identifying manner that does not reveal the Client’s specific strategy, data, or intellectual property.
If the Designer accepts a project that may reasonably be considered similar or adjacent to the Client’s business, the Designer will notify the Client solely for transparency. This does not provide the Client with exclusive rights, nor does it restrict the Designer from working with other businesses within the same field.
The Designer handles all personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation )
Any personal information provided by the Client, such as names, email addresses, invoices, files, or correspondence will only be used for the purpose of delivering the agreed services, managing the Client’s account, and maintaining project records.
Full details on how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected can be found in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The Client is encouraged to review it to understand how their information is handled.
