To keep my services fair, safe, and aligned with my expertise, I do not create designs or content projects that fall into the categories listed below.

1. Themes that conflict with my Christian faith, including:

• Occult, witchcraft, astrology, or spiritual practices outside Christianity

• Explicitly anti-Christian, anti-faith, or blasphemous messages

• Content promoting beliefs that directly contradict my own core faith values

To keep my services fair, safe, and aligned with my expertise, I do not accept projects that fall into the categories listed below.

1. Illegal or Unethical Activities (Prohibited)

I will not provide services for:

• Any business or activity that is illegal in the Netherlands or the client’s country.

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.

• Brands promoting violence, self-harm, or harmful behaviour.

2. Harmful, dangerous, or illegal content, such as:

• Illegal products or services in the Netherlands or the client's country

• Violence, harassment, hate, or discrimination

• Weapons, drugs, or harmful substances

• Scams, misleading business practices, or unethical marketing

3. Adult, Explicit, or Sensitive Content including

I do not create or work with:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.

• Fetish, escort, or adult service branding.

• Sexually suggestive imagery or copy.

3. High-Risk or Controversial Industries

These may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information:

• Cryptocurrency, NFTs, and trading platforms.

• CBD, cannabis, or related products (depending on local legal limits).

• Medical, pharmaceutical, or health-related products that require proof of compliance.

• Highly controversial topics

• Coaching programmes promising unrealistic results (“get rich quick,” miracle cures, etc.).
  
  

4. Misaligned Creative Projects

• Projects with no clear ownership of provided assets (e.g., unlicensed fonts, stolen images).

• Requests to copy, mimic, or replicate another designer’s work.

• Brands requiring content or visuals that do not align with my creative values or style.

5. Inappropriate Usage of My Work 

My services cannot be used for:

• Reselling my designs as templates.

• Using my work for political campaigns or political parties.

• Editing or altering my work beyond the agreed usage rights without permission.

6. Behaviour-Based Restrictions

I reserve the right to refuse service when:

• Communication becomes abusive or disrespectful.

• Clients repeatedly ignore boundaries, timelines, or project requirements.

• A project scope becomes unreasonable, unsafe, or outside my expertise.
