How credits are calculated?
Each update request is broken down into small tasks. Every task is assigned a number of credits based on the time and work involved. For exmple changing a description and title can cost 1 credit or adding a new section can cost up to 6 credits.
What can credits be used for
Adding or updating sections
Design, content edits or image updates
Link changes (email, WhatsApp, socials)
Styling adjustments (colours, fonts)
Optional rush delivery
Extra revisions
Credits are only available to existing MyNiche Web Page clients and full credit values are shared after purchase or when you submit a request.
Can I mix different types of changes in one request?
Yes, but the credit cost will be based on the task associated with the credit.
If something takes longer than expected, will it use more credits?
No. Once a task is classified, the credit cost stays the same. However, if the task becomes longer because you request additional changes, or if new requests are added, extra credits will be required.
How much does a credit cost?
1 credit costs €3.50 if you have less than 20 credits and €3.25 for more than 20
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm the total number of credits and costs before starting.
What will happen to the credits I didn't use?
It will stay on your account for future updates. If your new request requires more credits than you currently have, we’ll complete the part covered by your remaining credits and send you an invoice for the additional work before continuing.
1. How do I request an edit?
As long as you have a web page, you can submit your update through the edit request form provided.
2. How long does it take for updates to be made?
Depending on the waiting list, most updates are completed within 3-6 working days.
3. Do I need credits for urgent changes?
Urgent requests cost additional credits credits and can be completed within 1-2 days.
3. Can I send multiple updates at once to save credits?
Yes, but they will be grouped and charged based on the overall size of the task.
4. Do revisions cost extra credits?
Each update request includes one revision for every 3 credits used. Revisions cover small adjustments to the same request, such as correcting a misspelling, fixing a link, or adjusting placement.
If you request additional changes after the update is completed, or ask for something new, this will require additional credits.
To keep things efficient, we recommend reviewing all changes carefully and submitting them together in one request.
1. Can I purchase credits and transfer them to another webpage I own?
If you have a MyNiche Webpage, your credits are linked to your name no matter how much webpages you have with us.
2. Do I need credits even if the mistake was on your side?
No. Any mistakes from my side are corrected for free.
